WINDOWS RESET GONE WRONG!! PLEASE HELP!!!

pioneerfix

Hi Guys, I need your help...  I recently performed a reset on window 10 on my acer one 10. During the system restart, after the acer logo had appeared, black screen would soon follow. But when I touch the screen, the cursor animation is still there. I tried using a bootable usb to install new OS, but i think it  is not detected despite being given boot priority 1 on bios. same thing would happen after the acer logo will appear, black screen. When i press F10 for windows tool, i can the instructions and the blue background, which suggests that my screen is not defective. I don't know what to do now, and I really need the laptop for my work. Thanks.

Remove all partitions from your hdd using any second computer, then try to boot from usb and install windows. Or you can remove hdd, boot from usb and plug hdd back.
