Internet flickering on and off on Chrome and other Aps

Evening, my name is Grey. Something started happening all weird with my internet today, and I need help:

 

On occasion pages in chrome will stop loading (the DNS dinosaur page) pages, like my internet is connected. The weird thing is that I'm still able to play online video games like WoW, talk on mumble, and even watch Twitch streams that were previously loaded on successful pages. What exactly is going on?

 

About three or so months ago, I switched to Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 DNS. Do you think that might be the problem? And this doesn't just happen on my computer, it happens on my phone as well.

Could very well be a dns issue which is why preloaded web pages have no issue. 

 

Swap over to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 for a bit and see if you get the same issues

Fanboys are the worst thing to happen to the tech community World. Chief among them are Apple fanboys.
