Making artificial video delay??

I know it isn't the smartest workaround but anyways. I currently don't have any sound output from my computer so I used an app called soundwire to play my computer's sound trough my phone. Unfortunately it uses no choice but wifi so the delay is overwhelming, around 2 seconds. I cannot even watch youtube videos using that so I thought if I can delay the video output to my monitor or delaying something, I can sync the both outputs. But I need help here, I couldn't find any solutions online so I have to ask to you guys. Is there any workaround to that? Thanks already.
