Pc Fan Issue

Just curious but I turned off my computer by holding the power button because it didn’t fully shut down when I did it on computer. Anyways, when I booted back up, it posted in safe mode, which was fine and when I pushed F1 to continue, I realized in my bios that it shows my fan speed is 40,000+ RPM!

Theres gotta be something wrong, and my computer does sound kinda loud for a gaming pc idling. Could it be because I have 7 case fans?

Pc Specs:

8700K @ 3.7GHz

16 GB DDR4 Dominator Plat @ 2666MHz

Evga 1070 Ti

Thermaltake Smart 650W RGB

Masterliquid 240 LED

Maybe plug the case fans into ext fan 2?

But even then 7 fans into one header is a bit much, i would have at most 4.

Also are the fans pwm, or 3pin?

40k rpm is misreading. 7 fans running at full speed is more issue. Plus AIO pump(s). Disconnect few fans and you will know if those are your actual issue.
