I highly suggest getting a GTX 1060 with two fans, one fan cooling for a GTX 1060 is going to be hot, so if you can, find a GTX 1060 with two fans instead of the one you have right now.

Don't get Kaby. It's outdated, and there's no reason to get it. The Kaby i5 is equivalent to a much cheaper Ryzen 3 or Coffee I3. 

The 212 Evo is not a particularly good cooler. The M9i is smaller and performs equally. 

There's little point paying a premium for a Z series board with a locked CPU. 

There are equivalent RAM kits available for significantly less. While I picked a 3000MHz kit, do keep in mind that you'll only be able to run it at 2666MHz on the B360 board.

The SSD Plus is a pretty bad SSD. The MX500 is really good, and costs less. 

The 1060 you picked costs $60 more than an equivalent RX 580. With the RX 580 you Laos get support for Freesync, which can save a significant amount when buying monitors. 

The S340 has pretty poor airflow. I chose a compact and reasonably cheap case, but feel free to change it if you don't like it. 

600W is massively overkill, but the B1 is a really bad PSU. Swapped it for a much newer DC-DC PSU with a semi passive mode and a much nicer fan.
