Pc help needed!!!

Please somebody help me with my computer it keeps going in the limbo with its boot sequence and won't even show a post screen

Clear the CMOS and make sure the board isn't being shorted out on anything like stray cables or the case itself.

Look in owner manual. If by any chance you lost it, go to MB manufacturer and go to you mb page and look for manuals.

 

Clearing the CMOS will remove any change made to the basic BIOS,

I haven't had an HDD like that in a long while but could that be the drive having a difficult time reading? That's a pretty violent noise to be coming from the HDD

Ok HDD noise = very bad,

Can you see the BIO . The bios is on a chip, not on the HDD. You should be able to go to the BIOS

 the sound you hear is the DVD drive.when it does the boot loop no post or bios screen is being shown I tried clearing the cmos it didn't work

Turns out that, it was one of my ram sticks. looking closely you can see broken resistors on the stick so i guess that is something you add to your troubleshooting guide
