Cloud sync for games without Steam cloud support?

So I have a few machines up and running and would really like to sync the progress of some of the games I play. Steam cloud works great, BUT - not for Just Cause 3.

 

I've tried syncing the save folders to Dropbox but I can't make the different machine use the same source. It ends up as separate folders in my dropbox, instead of syncing the same folders.

 

One solution is to always transfer game saves to/from dropbox before/after playing, but I would like this to be fully automatic.

Preferably free, but I would be willing to pay a small monthly fee for this.

I tried that. I can get any machine to sync to it's own folder in dropbox via boxify, but I can't get the games to sync to the same folder across machines.
