I have a Dell G7 laptop . It comes with a GTX 1060 max-Q, i7-8750H along with 8 gigs of RAM and a 256GB SSD. For the past week or so, while gaming my FPS Drops from around 120-30 , stays at 30 FPS for around 15 secs and then goes back to 120 FPS. Once this starts happening , it drops every 3 minutes or so. I play Rainbow six Siege and Fortnite and the same problem occurs in both the games. I have tried uninstalling previous Windows updates but that didn't change anything.  I undervolted my laptop to -90mv and there average temperature reduced by around 6° when I ran stress tests on AIDA64. I also increased the Turbo boost power max from 45W to 55W but the problem is yet to be solved. Every time the frames drop the cpu usage drops from 3.91 GHz to around 800 Mhz.
