LGS Help Needed

I am trying to download Logitech Gaming Software for my Logitech G300S on a laptop I have never used before. I can download the installer for Windows 10, but when I go to install either the 64 or 32 bit version it gives me what i have attached in a screenshot below. Anyone got any ideas?
