Difference between these two RAMs

Hi, I would like to know what's the difference between these two RAMs other than clockspeed and latency, because they are priced almost 60€ fron each other. Is it really just the 200 MHz?

One is 3000mhz and one is 3200mhz. Basically one can be overclocked more. Isn't worth the extra money for the extra +200 MHZ

One is red, one is black. One is somewhat reasonably priced and in stock, the other is way overpriced and not in stock.

If you're gaming on Ryzen, it might make a few FPS difference. If you care about just a few FPS, then spend the extra cash. If you don't, then get the cheaper kit.

I'm not in the position to spend extra cash, so I'll probably go with the 3000 one, thanks guys.
