they seem like the apple of microphones to me :/

 

 

A mixer and a mic will give you way more control but you cant buy both for under $50

Will work for electronic components and parts

Lol I hope that wasn't serious. Well reviewed/widely used product is typically indicative of it being high quality.

My friend just got one. It's nice. It's also not the only option out there, and anytime anyone asks for a mic it seems the only thing recommended is Blue Microphones.

How funny of you to say that.. in Norway, the only online store with reasonable prices for Blue mics, is the Apple Store..
