Low power desktop build

So I am planing a build for an off grid cabin. I will still have solar panels and 4g LTE data. Light gaming and tv will be the main purpose.

 

I am really interested in the intel i3 8100T, but I can't find ANY reviews for it.

 

Is this a good CPU for low power and esports\classic gaming, home theater build?

 

Build would be something like:

i3 8100T

8 gb ram

M.2 128 gb ssd

gtx 1050 ti

400 watt platinum power supply

 

 

Thoughts?
