Hello,
I've installed Assassins creed Blackflag a couple of days ago and I've played about an hour so far but I ran into a problem.

I own a gtx 1050 and I have to play at low settings (1080p@60fps, Which is the only 1080p option) which is fine but then when I hit the 60 fps mark after lowering the settings I start getting extreme screen tearing to the point where it ruins the experience for me.
If I set the graphics a bit higher I get 50 fps (which I can get used to) but later in other places/in fights I drop to 40 and the fps keeps Fluctuating from 55-50-40 which also ruins the experience.
The Vsync option sets the fps to 30 which I consider unplayable.
Buying a G-sync monitor is not an option for the time being and I wanna know if there is something I can do to be able to play this game without having to keep playing with the settings all the time instead of playing the actual game.

Note that this doesn't happen to me in other games I play like Fortnite/Csgo after hitting 70+fps (except maybe for outlast 2 but I was able to control screen tearing through the game settings)
I use a normal 1080p display @60hz .
Pc specs:
Gtx 1050 2gb
Ryzen 3 1200
8gb of ram @ 3200Mhz
