this is my first time building a PC and I have 7 RGB components to connect to my ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-E Gaming MOBO. It has 2 rgb headers that i can split with 3-way splitters but how do i connect to the third addressable header ? it only has 3 pins ?

the case is a h500p mesh, so thats 2x 200mm RGB fans.

I have a corsair H150i AIO cooler, thats another 3x 120mm RGB fans and the RGB block.

And im also adding an additional RGB fan for exhaust.

i want to run the whole thing with AURA sync as i have RGB RAM aswell as the mother board having RGB elements.

How do I do it ?

Also will I need a fan controller for all the fans ?

Welcome to the Forums!

For the devices as long as they are all 4 pin RGB you can use the regular header with splitters, the 3 pin addressable is only compatible with addressabled based LED's and will not work with regular 4 pin analog connections. As for coolers like the Corsair AIO it cannot connect to the headers since they use their own dedicated control system.
