Gonna build my first gmaing PC soon. I know nothing about PC components but my friend helped me (who know some but not a lot).

My list is:

Motherboard: MSI Z370 Gaming Plus

CPU: Intel Core i5-8600K

CPU Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

RAM: Crucial DDR4 2400MHz 8GB  (2x4GB)

PSU: Corsair TX750M, 750W PSU

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB OC

SSD: Crucial MX500 250GB 2,5'' SSD

HDD: Seagate Ironwolf 3TB 3.5'' NAS HDD

Is it good? I'm gonna upgrade over time to a GTX 1080 and more RAM. Any changes you'd suggest?

Personally i would go for 16GB of ram over the 8GB as 8GB will limit you in a lot of ways, but other than that it looks good

not a system for high overclocks. The mobo has weak VRMs, CPU cooler is weak. I'd target 4.6GHz first, might do 4.8, but nothing more without overheating.

Make sure that HDD isnt a 5.4k rpm one, I tried to use one of those as a game storage, but I gave up because it took forever to load a game, as if my old 7.2k RPM HDD isnt slow enough.
