Upgrading GPU / bottleneck

I have a i5 3350p and a r9 270 2GB now, but i want to upgrade my GPU to a GTX 1060 3G, will this cause a bottleneck? And do i need to upgrade my CPU as well?

Your CPU will bottleneck the 1060 significantly. You will have to upgrade it if you want to get full use out of the 1060.

It will bottleneck, but it should not be extremely severe, so I would say that you can upgrade.
