Graphics card overheating

Hello , I have PowerColor OC Edition R7 260X

 

2GB 128-Bit GDDR5

Core Clock 1160MHz

While Gaming , i get up to 95C° and the minimum is 78C° While gaming

While browsing I get ~50C°.

I opened the case and cleaned the graphics card and made sure that fans are working and still no change.

What should I do ?

Re-applying thermal paste might be a good idea. If you take your time and do it carefully you can't do much wrong.
