Pc Upgrade suggestions

Hi, I'm wanting to upgrade my pc but not sure what would give me the greatest bang for the buck/easiest upgrade? Any suggestions on what upgrade would make gaming/streaming better? 

 

current build:

 

Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD

Intel Core i5 6500 3.20 GHz Quad Core Skylake Desktop Processor

WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch Desktop Hard Drive 

EVGA 500 W1, 80+ WHITE 500W Power Supply

 

EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB GAMING

GIGABYTE LGA1151 Intel H110 Micro ATX DDR4 Motherboard

Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200)

 

case: Thermaltake VERSA H15 Micro ATX Mini Tower

replacing the 3gb gpu will make the biggest difference in just gaming , adding another identical stick of ram will speed it up and give you more wiggle room ram wise.

after that i dont see anything that's very cheap that will make a big difference.

what would be something expensive that would make a big difference? (if i had the option of one thing)

Replace the whole platform essentially , new barebones plus gpu
