[Windows 10] Randomly lose user permissions on folders

I've had this happen a few times now and it seems sporadic when it happens. Basically the permissions for my user account for folders on my second drive (D:\) will just randomly disappear after a reboot. I can of course add back the permissions to the parent folder which will recursively add it to all subfolders and files within but sometimes it misses some files which is annoying. Not necessarily looking for a solution since this seems like one of those random bugs that will never be fixed but just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.
