Help! Gpu won't start in system!

My Rx 580 8gb just won't start so my system just won't post. The fans don't even start spinning. I'm going to try to put it back into the slot again, but I don't have high hopes.

sounds like it isn't getting power, make sure all cables are plugged in properly

I plugged it back in and put it in a different slot, the gpu isn't running. Might it be a defective?

is it compatible with ur mother board and cpu? do tell us ur full specs...

if you have a CPU with integrated graphics, maybe it is using the iGPU. could be a BIOS setting

Nvm, found out the problem was in the psu.
