Turn off the phone completely and see if it charges.If not,change the cable.If that doesn't fix it,change the brick.If nothing happens it's RMA time!

 

Mine was charging only to around 60% in 12 hours because I had Wi-fi on and some apps running in the background.

Could be the battery. You can get cheap replacements on Amazon

Wiggle the cable around / hold it in firmly, see if that improves charging rate.

 

Mine died, was charging sporadically unless I wedged the phone between 2 books.

 

Micro usb has to be plugged in/removed 100% straight every time or it Q.Qs and falls to bits.
