I now have a nice setup Define S case with 2x 140mm pull in the front and 1x 140mm push in the back 100% speed 24/7

Temps are nice and sweet on the big roomy side. Accept for the HDDs in the back compartment

I didn't pay notice to the temps in the old case but I'm now reaching 43c on the SSD idling in 40c (win disk)

3 regular HDDs at 40c-41c constant idle or not

Can I leave it? Can I do something to improve it? Tight squeeze at the back no fan hole in the side as the other side has

This chart got me a bit worried as I have spent good money to get good temps

Hard Disk Temperature
Less than 25°C: Too cold
25°C to 40°C: Ideal
41°C to 50°C: Acceptable
More than 50°C: Too hot

There's not really any airflow if they're not in a HDD cage in the front of the case like usual, so there's not much you can do. Around 40c is perfectly fine for a SSD or HDD, though. 50+ is where things get dicey.
