Z97 Mpower BIOS problems

hello! 
I have downloaded a new update for windows, something went wrong and my pc couldn't boot, or even show bios...
i switched BIOS and and reinstalled windows and now it works fine, i tried to switch it back but it still shows just black screen and dosen't even get to BIOS, now i don't want to update my BIOS on this one just to be sure everything is going to work fine. Now my question is, how can i make my other bios work? I am not sure which version that main BIOS was
