Corsair K70 Keyboard "down arrow" and keypad "2/down arrow" not working

So the down arrow on my keyboard and keypad are simply not working yet they are being registered on an online keyboard checker.

 

I force updated the keyboard's drivers and I uninstalled iCUE and the keyboard's drivers afterwards but the issue still persists.
