Keyboards: Full backlight vs. side printed keycaps

I'm planning to get a new keyboard soon, and I am not sure which "style" I want. I either want a backlit keyboard or side printed keycaps. What do you guys think?

I would recommend the Corsair K70 and pick your switch. I have the mx blue version and have nothing but good things to say about it.

i have the Razer Blackwidow 2013 non-ultimate and i would like the corsair K70 with red switches, 1 because i want to try reds, and 2 i like how it looks

For me, I don't really care where it printed, I'm not looking at the keyboard when typing anyway.
