Motherboard

Asus Strix B350-F

You want to get an x470 chipset motherboard or an older 1000 series Ryzen CPU as the b350 motherboards require an older Ryzen CPU to upgrade the BIOS to allow the 2000 series Ryzen CPUs to work. You can order an upgrade kit from AMD, but personally I'd rather not deal with the hassle and just get a x470 motherboard. Plus it has all the latest features and was designed for the 2000 series Ryzen CPUs. I'd say everything else is solid. (yes I copy pasted my own comment from another build, but it applies here as well, AMD need to be more clear about this for people)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700x

CPU COOLER: Deepcool Captain 240x RGB

Motherboard: Asus Prime X470 Pro

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (White)

Storage: Samsung 860 EVO 1TB

GPU: EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB

PSU: Corsair RMx 750 Watt

Case: NZXT S340 Elite (White)

I'd suggest a different psu. A G2, Seasonic Focus/Focus Plus Gold, or RMx.

If budget is available, go with an X470 motherboard. It should maximize 2700X performance.

Corsair Vengeance RGB modules are Aura Sync compatible. Vengeance RGB Pro are not.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
