Will everything in this build work well together?

Frankly that looks pretty good. There are some things that /could/ be improved, but nothing that is bad and for a budget build it is nice. You /could/ get a cheaper CPU and a bigger SSD as that CPU is a bit much for just gaming, but its not a bad setup.

i think you should look for RAM marked as compatible for ryzen 1st gen, try ryzen specific ram. not sure if that RAM will work, ryzen 2 has much better support for RAM so if your going first gen, make sure that kit works with your cpu. other than that, its a great build.

keep in mind that case has HORRIBLE air flow, your temps will be affected severely,  look for a case with vent holes on the top as a minimum

For that price point you could increase SSD Size to 240GB with the: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9xtQzy/patriot-burst-240gb-25-solid-state-drive-pbu240gs25ssdr

or decrease cost and get a higher performing SSD with the: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/mPgPxr/a-data-ultimate-su800-128gb-25-solid-state-drive-asu800ss-128gt-c

for the GPU might suggest switching to this: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/7RKhP6/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1060-6gb-windforce-oc-6g-video-card-gv-n1060wf2oc-6gd

The vendor has a significantly larger marketshare and the cost difference is minimal.

Where are you located? If not in the US it might do you better to use the region you are in on PCPP instead of the US version as the market prices will be a significantly more accurate reflection of your expected costs.
