If the MSI model is called "armor" dont get it. 

 

Get whatever multifan 1070ti that is the cheapest

gpu-msi Gtx 1070 ti 

cpu- Ryzen 7 1700

Motherboard-msi x470 gaming plus 

Case-nzxt s340 black and red 

Psu-corsair cx650m 650w 

Memory-16 Gb tforce volcan 

Storage-1tb wd blue hard drive and a 120 Gb ssd just for the os 

red/black cable extensions 

And it’s not the armor one it’s the red and black msi gaming one

to be honest, the armor series is not a 'cool' line up as they tend to run a lot warmer, thus decreasing your top clock achievements. the cheap cooling solution over the gaming version can be worth it in the long rum. most buy the armor if going to watercooling (same PCB as gaming, but less expensive).
