Should be. I mean, all the optical drives are standard size and form, so you just take the old one out, remove the front-fascia and any metal rails on it, pop them into the new drive and off you go.

Like I said, they're all pretty standard, so most likely yes. I obviously don't have one of these laptops, so I can't go out and check, but so far the faceplate has been removable (just gotta be careful with the clips) and easily transferable to a new drive in all the laptops I've seen. Well, all, except Apple's stuff.
