Mouse and keyboard shuts off when I upload videos with my camera

The lights shuts off almost like a short circuit, the mouse is connected in the back the keyboard is connected in the front, then I restart it by holding the shut off button and. it worls again but when I upload it shuts off I can connect it it’s fine but as soon as I try to upload the video it shuts off
