Samsung S7 problems

XR6

Hi everyone! :)

I own a Samsung Galaxy S7 and I've been having a couple of issues since I bought it new in April. It's running Android 8.0 Oreo BTW.

First of all, it does not like WiFi calling. I activated my phone on the 3 network, but it doesn't seem to like WiFi calling (Yes, it is included with my plan. It has worked on other phones before with the same SIM). WiFi calling works with my friend's EE SIM but not my 3 SIM. Weird, right? WiFi calling is essential because at best I get 0 bars of 4G and 1 bar of 3G. At worst it's no service.

Also, it has deleted ALL of my memos. Yes, all of them. Why is this? It did say that I was low on storage but I doubt it'd delete things without my permission.

Can someone help me out here? Any help is greatly appreciated. :D

Thanks!

P.S. If this is in the wrong forum, sorry.. :/

Thanks for the compliment lol. Also I have and it's found nothing. A friend told me to get Show Box, but it was so slow I got rid of it.. I've scanned with Avast and Malwarebytes but they've found nothing. I'll update malwarebytes and run another scan. I'll post a screenshot soon.

Thanks for your help :)

I found that 23432 is a network code for Virgin Mobile/EE, so there's something.

Manually set your operator to what you ordered. Turn off automatic detection.

This might be a silly question, but have you gone into the settings for your dialler and actually turned wifi calling on? Default on the S7 onwards is settings > applications > phone, at the bottom is an option for "Voice over Wifi" or "VoWi-Fi"

Hi everyone. Since I last posted, another problem has occurred.

When receiving a phone call, no answer or reject screen pops up. All that happens is my ringtone plays and my phone vibrates. Nothing.

Can anyone help please? Thanks! :D
