Why Does Trim Saying Disabled

My pc has a Samsung 850EVO 250GB for my windows drive and I am wondering is why when I add in fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 0 it says this 

 

fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 0 (Disabled)

 

When I put 

fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 1 it says

 

fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 0 (Enabled)

 

Is 0 or 1 the correct value.
