Fps counter with unknown origin

How do I get rid of this? It's not consistent, in the sense that it only shows up occasionally, only in steam games but not all of them.

What's in your system tray? Send us a screenshot with snipping tool.

 

I know for a fact that that is not:

 

  1. MSI Afterburner/RTSS
  2. Geforce Experience/Overlay thing
  3. Fraps

It might be msi afterburner. They DO have a monitor/frame counter thinggie
