I need a good compatible motherboard for my PC. I also want to do overclocking. ROG is prefered. TIA :)

 

GPU: NVIDIA - GeForce GTX 1070 Founders Edition 8GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card - Black

Easy, any z270 board will do! Just tick all the features you want, have a look at a few reviews and you are done! Light overclocks can be done on most z series boards as demonstrated by linus. For serious overclocks you need to look at the vrm setup. If its propperly implemented and cooled. (Oc3d makes great reviews for this)

This is a tad over budget but does have the Z chipset for overclocking. Not ROG, but still an ASUS board so pretty rock solid as long as it's not DOA (like most brands).
