If you want more FPS at higher resolutions, sure. A Ryzen 5 1600 with the 1050Ti would be good, but upgrading to a 1060 6GB will be even better. You will need new ram and a new motherboard.

hi.

well i guess its not more fps but id like to keep the fps at 60 while play say rust for example.

so would a 1060 6GB so this? or still better off with a new motherboard and cpu? with the 1050 4GB
and a ssd would thsat make my pc that much faster really? i know it will do nothing for fps

You'd be better off saving your penny for a newer CPU+Mobo. Don't even bother with the 1050Ti. if you want a smooth 60fps gaming experience, Just go with either a GTX 1060 6GB / RX 580 8GB.

Maybe you could get some cheap 6-core Xeon (X5660, X5670, X5675 etc.) and overclock it to 4.2GHz or higher. GTX 1060 6GB would be pretty good GPU with it.

Here is Cinebench R15 cpu score on my X5670 @ 4.44GHz
