Broke pc

My pc has gone grey after accidentally ending the cortana task in hhe task manager whene trying to force shut down a game. my pc will turn on but wont show anything on the screen but a solid grey colour55311221575__3187DF93-BC29-47CB-93C0-898911E2823E.MOV

Have you tried booting into safe mode?

Can you access the task manager (ctrl+alt+del)

I can go onto task manager

1. Find "Windows Explorer" or "Explorer" process and end it 

2. Press windows key + R and type explorer.exe

 

If you can't find Explorer in your processes then do only 2nd step

if explorer is not running as you show in the video(try with pressing E also to check again), Click "File" in task manager, then "Run new task" then type in "explorer.exe" and then press OK
