audio interface cable replacements advice

any one here use dac Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 2 generation

the red usb cable to the computer kinda short as i want big one i only saw a 10 feet one not sure there bigger and using different cable will it work perfectly even there label same brand of dac on the description of it?

any good brands of cables i could use to scarlet not sure is there differences of technology on there cables?

the cable that is included with the scarlett is just a normal USB B cable, nothing special.
just search on Amazon "USB B" and look for a decent cable, no it doesn't matter which cable you get, but also don't get a cheapo thin cable.. just get a decent one thats all.

USB 2.0 is rated up to 5 meters, there are even longer cables out there but you may run into some issues especially when working with an interface in which you want latency as low as possible. Any USB 2.0 B to USB A cable under 16ft should work fine:

If you needed something even longer you could use an "active" cable which repeats the signal to give you full bandwidth at a longer length:
