I was thinking of buying this case and wanted the insides to look completely clean so i was just wondering if this case allows you to mount a hard drive at the back of the motherboard tray where the other side of the case lies with all the wiring.

Also do you think this case would be good for watercooling?

AIO cooling solutions it is pretty good. for custom loop builds a very tough case to use.

You would have to be careful with mobo heatsinks to ensure there is no clash if using a dual 120 in the top. There is plenty of clearance for a rear 120 or 140 single radiator.

 

You can easily velcro a pair of SSD's on the back. It would be a stretch to get a 3.5" on the back, you could always buy an adapter and cram a 3.5" in to a 5.25" ODD bay in the front.
