Windows 10 what? You need to keep updating to the newest builds as the older versions go end of life after 18 months. So type in winver, and make sure it doesn't say Version 1507 or 1511 as those have been unsupported entirely since last year.

MS should've made 10 64-bit only imo.

That being said if you had a 32 bit install of windows 7 or 8 and did an upgrade it would be 32bit Windows 10. So far more common than you would think.

I suppose so, but aside from W7 upgrades, 32-bit isn't that common. Win8 32-bit only ever released on those compute sticks and the likes, so you had to specifically buy it otherwise or be stuck in the 2006 mindset xD
