Help with Streaming PC

I am currently looking into purchasing a streaming pc with a budget around $800 or less with mouse and keyboard included. Does anyone know the specs of the cpu, graphics card, and anything else I would need to stream 60fps 1080p quality. Also, does anyone know of any prebuilt pcs that would work due to me having a limited window and budget.

What country? Do you already have a monitor and other stuff?

Don't bother with a pre-built most likely.

For more basic streaming you can just use your GPU, so you don't need too strong of a CPU.

United States, I've researched and apparently CPU is more important for streaming I just dont know of any CPU that would be good on a budget
