I know the differences between them but, I want to know which switches are best for Fortnite, CS:GO, and PUBG. I really know it's all down to preference but I'd appreciate any feedback! Thanks guys!

Ultimately it's personal preference, but it's well-regarded that Cherry MX Speed switches are the ones to choose for their short actuation, meaning you'll only need to press the switch a tiny bit for it to activate. It's crucial for quick reflexes in multiplayer competitive games.

Thanks for the feedback! I acknowledge the fact that it comes down to preference but any input is appreciated!

I personally think cherry mx browns are best for gaming because of their actuation point and force to push.

No problem! I actually use a keyboard with outemu blue (Cherry MX Blue clone, basically) switches for it's medium actuation and clicky tactileness. My future keyboard will be a Corsair Kxx RapidFire version for the speed switches, Cherry MX Speeds are going to be crazy to use.

Highly recommend you just youtube some videos. There's tons out there already on this subject.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

It's subjective, but my personal opinion is that clicky switches are awful for gaming because of their large hysteresis making spamming slower and more difficult. Also linear switches are bad because it forces you to guess where the activation is. So I use exclusively tactile switches for gaming. If I only every did typing I could see myself using a super light linear switch like a Gateron Clear switch.
