2nd question 

my pc is going full throttle now and then but these stuffs will get fixed after i restart i know it but i want to know why did this happen plus i am listening to something while i am doing that i can feel my pc slow down and also audio stutter anyway the question is why is this thing happening  << it only happens when clicking links and opening apps

1. I would say that it just updates your win8 and adds featrues, exactly like it reads, just try it out? I'm pretty sure you can google the Win8 features. Don't do it though if you got your hands on your Win copy via the "unconventional" way, but you have set updates to automatically, so you probably have a legit copy.

2. download core temp, if you get highish temps, dust might be causing some trouble. Also it CAN be caused by certain viruses, but i'm not sure. Just let your antivirus program run through and see what happens.

1 during the whole time i was monitor the temp with coretemp while it was happening it was same as ever i mean average

2 yes its legit 

3 i scanned with avast internet security few days ago and didn't have any problem but anyway after i restarted everything was back to normal i was just wondering why those it happen but it only happens rarely
