Which 1440p 144Hz Monitors ?

(all PC part cost 45% more here, india)

1)Used AOC Agon Ag241QX (24'TN)  cost  350$

2)Used Asus MGW279Q (27'IPS) cost

545$

I don't know  if this Aoc monitor will  have good clour since its a TN panel

if I buy this Asus monitor my build will be for now

i5 8400

8gb ram

Gtx1070ti/80 or 1170

(if price is not above current 1080)

if I go with the TN 24inch aoc I probably  could get

1)Used i5 8600k

2) 240gb ssd(i can deal with  using hdd)

3)2Tb hdd (which is not immediately  needed)

And a better case maybe which is my last priority unless it gives me more performance (cooling)

Please help me

I'm from poor country

Things cost 45% more

I'm going to used up all my money on this xD

I'm hesitant with the aoc build because  I love beautiful picture/video. I'm not sure if I will regret it. Thank you all

If money is tight, maybe get a used system. Haswell stuff like an i7 4770 goes well with modern graphics cards. TN panel is a bit of a shame to use with a good gaming computer, so it might be good to save on the CPU to get a nice display. 8GB of ram and an SSD is a great place to start. Any modern graphics card does well with slightly old CPUs.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

It sounds like you should be just buying a cheaper 1080p 144hz display with a GTX 1060 6GB or RX 580

and possibly a cheaper R5 1600 with an ASrock Pro4 depending on pricing.

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Actually I have never seen a tn panel

Or a1440p,4k monitor

Or a high refresh rate monitor

I just watch lots of techtuber Vids haha

Is there such a difference  between  1080p and 1440p resolution

Guess I'm better off with cheaper monitor and used it for a 2 3 yrs  and got monitor upgrade and hope fully a fully capable  4k got :) thanks all

What do you guys think of the AOC Agon Ag241QX costing just abit more  than the currently used 1080p 144hz monitor I have found . I think even some techtuberu used it(no as big as Linus lol)

That monitor is going to be fine, but if money is an issue you're better off with a cheaper 1080p 144hz display most likely.

http://gadgetynews.com/aoc-agon-ag241qx-free-sync-gaming-monitor-review/

But if you're buying a free-sync display go for an RX 580 8GB or Vega 56, although last I looked in india they cost way more than the nvidia cards for some reason.

I know mootherboard doesn't  affect

much performance  but how about in my build?  I mean I will be using 1070ti/80...

What's the pricing on Ryzen compared to Coffee Lake?

You probably want a B360 board at minimum, and one that has VRM heatsinks.

R5 2600  cost 30$more than 8400(new)

But the i5 8400 I'm buying is 60$less

in one techtube channel 'UFD tech' he's claiming that i5 8400 performs worse than 2400,2600 on a non Z370board . This had me concert

Unless it's like a really shitty board, with single channel memory it's probably not slower on average.

But I'd just go for Ryzen, extra threads may be useful to you are some point, over maybe 15-20 more fps on average. Can use a B350 board with an updated bios without issue. Or just any X470 board will be fine.

Speaking of Ryzen.. Could you please give me a build guide for budget adobe premiere  pro rig. It's for my friend.  I know Ruben is good for productivity.

Will recomending r5 1600x good? (x ver. Cost 1dollar more)

You want Coffee Lake for Premiere, probably an i7 8700, due to a recent Intel Quick Sync update. Or just use Vegas and save money anyways

Ryzen will be fine for premiere, coffee lake just might be faster. Although if he's doing handbrake encoding as well, or wants to game while rendering, ryzen might be worth it then.
