Does anyone know if you can sli bridge between a 1x to 16x pci slot I'm getting two 640 to replace my 420 and was wondering if it was possible

Specs

*i3-6100

*Crucial 4GB Single DDR4 2133 MT/s 

*ASRock Motherboard Micro ATX DDR4 LGA 1151 H110M-HDS

*500w psu

What exactly are you talking about here?

 

"SLI bride between a 1x to 16x pci slot" makes very little sense, so I'm just looking for clarification here.

This would theoretically work, but the cards you're getting do not support SLI.
