gaming 17ms??

I am running far cry 4 with msi afterburner for fps and it's showing 60-70 fps on ultra but also shows 16,17 even 20ms . What does Ms mean in this context?

That's the frame time in milliseconds. The lower it is, the more frames that are being rendered by the gpu, meaning lesser input delay.

That's fine, the lower the better. Turn off v-sync if you have it on.

It's off. So you're saying that my gpu is the problem or the monitor?

There's no problem with any of your hardware, it's a pretty normal delay.

its the time the frame took to be rendered.
