weird malwarebytes popup.

If you mean the headphone plug, maybe it thinks you plugged in such a button thingy you can find on eBay. And thinks you pressed the button.

Then it is probably a shortcut, hotkey, gesture or whatever it is called. Look in the malware bytes settings for it.(for something like hotkey, gesture or whatever)
