Display problem

I face this Problem in the mourning time; mostly when I turn on my PC after 5 to 6 hours interval.

 

Whenever I turn on the PC my monitor screen light beeping and sometime shaking. In this circumstances, I do turn off the power switch of the monitor and turn on to bring things on the track. But this happens every morning when I turn on the PC. To be ensured that the problem is in the monitor, I use it with another laptop. But, I dont see any prob there. 

 

Now I am wondering, weather the problem lies in the monitor or in the GPU. (My GPU brand is Leadtek brand. And my PSU is Thermaltake litepower non 80 plus.)
