run out of connectors and have been wanting to get 1 thats throwing out a bit more than 450W since i got 1070, and that was shortly after they was released in newzealand about 18months or so ago

thats my list of what im working with and anything up to $180, yes ive factored in shipping and i could go a little over but i would prefer to stay around the 165 mark, i also overclock things to max ~2125/4550 on gpu and 4.6 on 6600k

What 450W do you have? We usually recommend a 450W unit for a 1070 system.

I mean, it may not be as generic as you think. Could be a nice FSP or Delta unit.

Ah, well even if it is an old Delta unit (which is very well could be), it's pretty old if Vista ran on the PC.
