This, but the wizard is the way to go - unless the wizard is giving unexpected errors, there's nothing I can do that the wizard won't do faster.

The wizard didn't work for me since I'm subscribed through floatplane. I also cannot login now either.

In that case, you will need to send an email to floatplanehelp@gmail.com (as I think the wizard should have said). Unfortunately there's nothing that the forum team can do to help with issues on floatplane.com, because the payment and subscription systems are completely separate.
