Here are two articles on steps to fix both of those errors:

http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-3127605/fix-windows-bad-system-config-info-error.html

http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-3128566/fix-windows-error-dpc-watchdog-violation.html

but honestly,

it sounds like you should just bite the bullet and reinstall windows because it sounds like you've got a corrupted registry to me and there are problem more problems looming.

Yea, of course.

Backup everything you don't want to lose

Also backup your save games.

Most of those will be under c:\users\<yourname>\appdata (hidden folder)

Copy the folders Local, Locallow, and Roaming to a backup drive first.

Then just copy back what you are sure are game save folders after reinstalling windows as there is other stuff in the appdata folder that you don't want to copy back.

Also backup your documents folder, everything in C:\users\<yourname>, and go through the games in program files to look for save files too.

That should cover most of it.

There are steps here you can try next:

https://windowsreport.com/bad_system_config_info-windows-10/

Ignore their repair tool. Just go by the instructions in text.

Looks like it's most likely faulty ram so I'd maybe do a memtest too.

Download the flash drive version of memtest86 and install it to a thumb drive. Then just boot to that thumb drive and let it run for about 24 hours. There should be 0 errors if your ram is okay.

This is a bootloop

Okay, can you get to the bios?

If you can, you can try booting to the windows USB from there.
